1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of this website with domain name allthingsbreastfeeding.co.za (“the Website”) owned and operated by ALLTHINGSBREASTFEEDING (Pty) Ltd. These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person that accesses or uses this Website (“you”, “your” or “user”), including users who registers as users on the website. By using the Website and buying products on the Website, as may be applicable, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
  3. The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.
  4. The Provider undertakes that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
  5. The Provider realises that breastpump parts are often urgent, and where possible always ship orders within 1-2 working days. However, subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests may only be processed within 3-5 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. For remote areas not serviced by standard couriers The Provider will be in touch with the client to arrange delivery to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by our couriers within their normal routes.
  6. The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.
  7. Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

  9. Return Policy of Hygiene Items: At All Things Breastfeeding, we take hygiene and safety very seriously. To ensure the health and well-being of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: Breast pumps and breast pump parts including tubing, shields, valves, and other accessories, underwear, bras, and intimate apparel. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these products, all sales are final once the order has been processed. Please make sure to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and compatibility information before placing your order.
  10. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@allthingsbreastfeeding.co.za within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable. To speed up the process, please include your order number, a photo of the product issue and a brief description of the problem. We will arrange for the product to be collected and either replaced or repaired in line with the various manufacturer’s policies.
  11. Return of Non-hygiene and Sealed Items: Items (including pump parts) can be returned if still sealed in their original packaging. Note that, if we changed a flange on your request the packaging has been opened and you will not be able to return. The User is responsible for arranging return of the items by courier, and will be liable for any courier fees to send replacement products.
  12. Warranty on Breast Pumps: At All Things Breastfeeding, we stand behind the quality of our products. All breast pumps sold through our store are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to factory defects and manufacturing faults that occur under normal use and in accordance with the product’s operating instructions. If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to the customer, subject to verification. Pump warranties exclude:
    • Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance
    • Damage caused by using the product outside of its intended purpose or specifications
    • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
    • Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons
    • Consumable components such as tubing, valves, and membranes unless due to a verified manufacturing defect
  13. Warranty Claim: To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@allthingsbreastfeeding.co.za within 12 of purchase. Include the following details:
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt
    • Product name and serial number (if applicable)
    • Description and clear photos of the defect
    • Once received, we’ll review your claim and notify you of the next steps. If approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund according to our warranty terms.
  14. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Provider’s bank account, the details of which will be provided after checkout. The Provider uses highly secure payment gateways with encryption and no credit card details are stored on the website. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  15. Provider reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the User with regard to the use of the Content and this Website.
