The BabyWombWorld Wearable Breast Pump B4062 offers a modern solution for breastfeeding mothers seeking comfort, efficiency, and portability.
From All Things Breastfeeding’s viewpoint we do feel that most mothers will do better with a ‘traditional’ double breast pump, especially if they need to do some serious expressing (for example exclusive pumping) where they are completely dependant on a pump to ensure supply. However, we also realise that some moms can only express if they can be hands-free.
We like this pump as it is smaller in your bra; the negative of this is that the collection cup only takes 140ml of milk. So if a mom expresses more than this at a time it may present a problem. It also comes with different flange sizes, which is great. The other big advantage is that it has a NAPPI code and can be claimed on your medical aid.
Note that the speed and suction strenght is on the lower side (compared to the Youha The IN’s, which is the other wearable pump that we stock). This may present problems to some moms, and not necessarily to others. See the company’s specs below for more info.
