These inserts are our very first own ‘house brand’ product. Although many pumps have larger flange sizes, few offer flanges for moms with a nipple diameter smaller than 20mm. Our inserts are compatible with all ‘hard’ flange cups, including Spectra, Ameda, Freemie and Medela. They fit best into a standard 24/25mm flange.  The soft silicone provides a snug fit into the flange, yet still ensures comfortable expressing.

Three insert sizes are available:

  • 13mm (note: does not fit into 28mm flange)
  • 15 mm (note: fit loosely into a 28mm flange)
  • 17 mm
  • 19mm
  • 21mm
  • 24mm (note: fits into 28-32mm flanges)

Make use of our printable ‘How to measure your flange size’ tool, or contact one of our Breast Pump Demo Consultants to test different flange sizes.

These inserts saved my supply and my breastfeeding journey. Pumps come with Standard 24mm or 21mm flange sizes, which is most likely too big for most women. That was my case – I would pump for 40min, with not much output. I got both the 19 & 17 as my breast sizes differ – major impact on my supply.
    HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent quality and superior service. Arrived quickly in Cape Town and has helped a LOT with making pumping more efficient. I ordered the 13mm and the 15mm and am only using the 13mm. If a smaller size (11) could be made available that would be great but I understand few people fall into this category.

These are amazing. After using the standard 24mm flanges that came with my pump, my nipples would be very sore and deformed after each pump. These in the correct size make pumping so comfortable, I barely even feel the pump

Crucial! Having the right (in my case small enough) insert makes the world of a difference! Having these measured and confirmed by the consultant during an in-person demo is absolutely worth it.
